Employer Services Grant Opportunity - Employer Services Program Grant Opportunity North and South Zones

Alberta Community and Social Services (CSS) is interested in obtaining proposals to purchase labour market services for employers across Alberta. The newly developed CSS Employer Services Policy will provide the parameters for the purchase of these services. Under the Employer Services Policy, services to employers may include Job Design Services, Recruitment Services, Labour Market Services, Information Referrals and Resources, and/or Promotional Services. Projects will support employers to increase new hires and/or retain staff, as a direct result of services received. Connecting employers to workers and workers to jobs provide a means to these ends. This new and innovative Employer Services Policy targets employers as the direct recipients of services, thereby, bringing the distinct labour demand and supply sides together. Employer Services Policy provides services to employers, and does not provide services to individuals who are unemployed or underemployed.
