Description

The University of Lethbridge is requesting information on Human Resources and Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) services that focuses on developing a comprehensive recruitment strategy/framework to hire underrepresented scholars/researchers for the Canada Research Chairs program. The recruitment strategy or approaches must embed equity, diversity, inclusion principles and approaches throughout all the five key stages of the recruitment process from an intersectional lens.
