Description

This Expression of Interest (“EOI”) is issued by the Town of Morinville (the “Town”) for the purposes of gathering information about the marketplace in order to assist in the determination of future operational options or requirements for the Community Cultural Centre and Leisure Centre.

Depending on the interest, availability, and scarcity of interest, the Town may or may not utilize this information to negotiate the provision of these services, enter into a leasing agreement, issue an RFP process or cancel the process in its entirety.
