Description

This RFQ is open to all interested vendors.

In House Support Equipment and Parts for Security Systems that are required for the installation and repair of security systems that protect the people, assets and information of the City of Calgary. Parts required on an as-needed basis. Critical small spare parts include but are not limited to solenoids and led lights used for security equipment card readers, CCTV cameras, electric strikes and similar equipment for maintenance.

This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.

It is The City’s intention to enter into an Agreement with one (1) legal entity. The term of the Agreement is to be for a period of one (1) year, with an option in favour of The City to extend the Agreement on the same terms and conditions for an additional term of up to two (2) additional two (2) year terms .It is anticipated that the Agreement will be executed within 30 days from the date of notification of the selected respondent.
