Description

This Project involves the continuation of the Building Energy Benchmarking (BEB) Program. This program was established in 2017 to encourage building owners/operators to measure and report the energy performance of their commercial buildings.
The City of Edmonton seeks to engage a Consultant to provide technical expertise and support for the successful delivery of 1 year of the Building Energy Benchmark program, with possible renewals for 2 additional 1 year terms. The Consultant will be experienced in commercial building energy auditing, data analysis/verification and building energy benchmarking using ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager and direct participant recruitment, engagement and support. This will include reporting using data visualizations, analysis of energy usage trends, opportunities for improvement and establishing relationships with participants and partners that will help to achieve the program objectives.
