NRFP 22-003 - End User Hardware and Services

Cybera's ShareIT program, on behalf of participating members, is inviting experienced and qualified suppliers to supply and deliver end user computing devices and services.

The objective of this NRFP is to accommodate a variety of institutions to satisfy their needs as
described in Appendix B – The Deliverables, and select a supplier to:
• Provide new, high-quality devices and services to ShareIT members;
• Provide professional and timely customer support;
• Provide innovative technology to support ShareIT members’ operating processes;
• Provide ShareIT members the ability to purchase all their end-user computing needs through the Master Agreement(s);
• Provide full reporting and performance management;
• Provide sustainable and predictable pricing;
• Support members by identifying risk and risk mitigation strategies;
• Recognize and support opportunities for improvement by using new technologies;
• Identify process improvements and cost reductions;
• Incorporate sustainability and recycling considerations; and,
• Reduce the costs of competitive procurement processes associated with the provision of end-user computing devices and services.
