This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by Civida to prospective respondents to submit quotations for Preventative HVAC Maintenance Services on stipulated intervals, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). Successful respondent(s) on the previous HVAC Maintenance RFQ are not eligible to submit a quotation on this RFQ.
