Description

1. This RFP is open to all interested vendors.
2. Summary: The City is looking to pre-purchase equipment for later installation in a Bonnybrook Wastewater Treatment Plant HVAC Upgrade Project planned for construction in Winter 2022.
3.This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.
4. Agreement Term: 1 year
