Island Health requires clinic space in the City of Nanaimo. The objective of this Request for Proposal is for the proponent to provide approximately 2,500- 3500 square feet of functional, quality lease space that meets the requirements outlined in this Request for Proposal. Targeted occupancy date: September 1, 2022 or sooner.
