PRE-BID SITE MEETING:
A PRE-BID SITE MEETING is scheduled for WEDNESDAY, APRIL 13, 2022, AT 10 A.M. - ATLANTIC TIME, at the MAGNETIC HILL ZOO, located at 125 MAGIC MOUNTAIN ROAD, MONCTON, N.B (meet at the entrance) to review and discuss the scope of work. All interested parties are strongly encouraged to have a representative present at this meeting, as no subsequent meetings will be arranged.

Work of this contract includes demolition, supply and install of all labour, material and equipment necessary to complete the Tender package as identified in the tendered drawings and specifications. The scope of this Tender includes but is not limited to the following per discipline:
Site work: Create a fenced in enclosure with a variety of fencing material with specific
features, two double door airlocks as an entrance and exit connected with a
walking trail, a double vehicle gate, a shelter covering a concrete pad, some
grading required.
Building renovations: An area in the NE corner of the building shall be used to create two
animal pens. There shall be a new concrete floor with in-slab heating,
new interior and exterior led light fixtures, interior and exterior
receptacles, new insulated 140mm walls, interior walls and ceiling
within the pens shall be covered with truss core, new interior and
exterior doors, new windows, new exterior flashed openings, and new
porticos.
