NRFP 22-002 - Parking Lot Management Services

The Parking Lot at CNC is adjacent to the main campus buildings servicing commuting students, staff and visitors daily. Parking is user-paid to encourage active and environmentally friendly forms of transportation to campus and to contribute to the costs of maintenance that benefit parking lot users. CNC is looking to enter into a mutually beneficial arrangement with a parking lot management service provider to manage payment collection, enforcement, signage, and service to the user group. There are 965 stalls.
