NRFP C22-002 - Delivery of Networking Hardware and Services

CYBERA, on behalf of the Participating Members, are desiring to enter a contractual relationship with one or more Vendors for the provision of Networking Hardware as detailed within this Negotiated Request for Proposals.

It is the intent of the Participating Members to purchase ongoing needs for Networking Hardware from the successful Proponent(s).

The scope of this NRFP process is to select Supplier(s) that will:
• Be capable of providing networking hardware solution Products and Services in a timely manner and at a price that is reflective of the total aggregate of Participating Members;
• Provide an open catalogue of offerings to accommodate the unique structure and diversity of the Participating Members;
• Aid in simplifying support and be able to build strong relationships. Be flexible enough to accommodate various groups of end users in both the higher education and education sectors.
• Deliver hardware and services enabling business outcomes that align with both Post Secondary Institutions and K-12s standard and policies e.g. accommodate various billing, communication processes. etc.
• Consider the list of Participating Members as one client. Submissions should reflect the scope and size of the Participating Members. Solutions provided, whether technical, functional, or financial, be consistent for all.
