Description

Island Health is looking for space for residential stabilization and supportive recovery in the Nanaimo, Parksville, Qualicum, Oceanside, Nanoose Bay, and Errington areas. The objective of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is for the proponent to provide approximately 3,000-5,000 usable square feet of functional, lease space that meets the requirements outlined in this document. Island Health may consider one or more locations.

The space is required for the operation of a Mental Health and Substance Use stabilization and supportive recover program that will be offered from the Premises 365 days per year, 24 hours per day. The program will house 5-8 client rooms with ancillary space required to run the operation.
