Description

Island Health is looking for space for residential treatment in the Nanaimo area.

Island Health requires residential space for substance use treatment and medical withdrawal management to be located in Nanaimo. The objective of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is for the proponent to provide approximately 13,200 - 19,900 usable square feet of functional, lease space that meets the requirements outlined in this document. Island Health may consider one or more locations. The space is required for the operation of Mental Health Substance Use Treatment and Medical Withdrawal Management Programs that will be offered from the Premises 365 days per year, 24 hours per day. The programs will house between nineteen (19) - thirty one (31) client rooms with ancillary space required to run the operation.
