Description

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by Rocky View County (the “County”) to
prospective proponents to submit proposals for Parks & Pathways Maintenance Services Langdon as further described in the Scope of Work (Appendix C).

Rocky View County (“The County”) is seeking a qualified contractor(s) to provide ongoing Parks
and Pathways Maintenance Services within the Hamlet of Langdon starting on First week of May
2022.
The services requested are broken down to the following:
• Spring, Summer & Fall Parks Mowing and Weed Control
• Winter Pathway/Sidewalk Snow Clearing (SNIC)
• Spring Pathway/Sidewalk Sweeping
• Year-round Waste Bin Servicing
For the above services, the successful vendor shall supply all necessary tools, labour, equipment,
and material for mowing and weed control services, waste bin servicing and winter snow clearing
