Description

Construct a new pre-engineered steel Fire Station located in Beaverlodge, Alberta, for the Town of Beaverlodge, as per the contract documents.
Construct new concrete aprons, pads, and sidewalks as per the drawings.
Provide lot grading including gravel and finished grades, as per the drawings
Construct new gravel approaches, as per the drawings.
Provide electrical requirements from the main transformer.
Provide natural gas requirements from the existing line.
Install site servicing including connections to Town sanitary and water, as per the drawings.
