Description

Trade contract tenders, as detailed below, are requested by Public Tender in regard to Ucluelet Secondary School, located in Ucluelet, BC.

The following tenders will be accepted at the offices of the Construction Manager not later than 2:00 PM local time, Thursday, February 24, 2022:

C-026 Landscaping
C-027 HAZMAT Abatement

A mandatory site walk-through for C-027 HAZMAT Abatement will occur on February 18th, 2022, at 11:00am to review the existing conditions and scope of work.

The project consists of a complete seismic upgrade of the Ucluelet Secondary School, including (1) a new Academic Wing, (2) a new Administration Wing addition and renovation of the existing Gym/Multipurpose Room/Wood Shop, and (3) the renovation and conversion of the Band Room to a new Daycare facility.

New construction is made up of concrete, structural steel, steel stud infill, metal siding and SBS roofing. The existing Gym/Multipurpose Room/Woodshop and Band Room is made up of concrete, structural steel, wood framing, metal siding and SBS roofing. All 3 separate buildings will be connected by roof canopy to form the new Secondary School.
The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
