NRFP # 211020 - Cranbrook Office Space

This Request for Proposals is an invitation by British Columbia Assessment Authority ("BC Assessment") to prospective Proponents to submit Proposals for Cranbrook Office Space requirements.
BC Assessment is interested in receiving Proposals from Proponents offering existing or developable professional office space for its staff currently located in Cranbrook, BC. The existing leases for this office is set to expire October 31, 2022.

The purpose of this RFP is to select space, which will provide the best overall location, lease terms, functional office space and environmental objectives for BC Assessment. It is anticipated that approximately 5,000 to 6,000 square feet of useable area will be necessary to accommodate BC Assessment's Cranbrook staff.

BC Assessment anticipates entering into a 5-year lease with two 5-year options to renew. BC Assessment prefers to enter into negotiations directly with the landlord as opposed to a sub-lease situation. Sub-landlords are encouraged to work with their landlord to submit a Proposal.
