Island Health requires office space in the City of Duncan. The objective of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is for the proponent to provide approximately 1,000 square feet of functional, quality lease space that meets the requirements outlined in this document. Targeted occupancy date: January 1, 2022 or sooner.
