Description

The Industrial Research Assistance Program (IRAP) is a program under the Departmental Corporation, the National Research Council of Canada (NRC). IRAP’s mission is to accelerate the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) by providing them with a comprehensive suite of innovation services and funding.

The scope of DfG is to recommend options and models to redesign the organization to meet the current and, more importantly, future program delivery needs with a recommended implementation plan and schedule. This complex activity requires consultants with a high level of expertise and background in organizational transformation. This activity will focus on the national operations and delivery functions of IRAP, by the teams that support the delivery of the program across Canada.
