Description

The work of this project is comprised of demolition of the existing pool support areas and center parking area to allow for the construction of a new ice rink and pool support building, along with the enclosure of the existing outdoor pool. All applicable Mechanical and Electrical (Pool and Refrigeration) is included within the tender, along with respective finishes and equipment. There will be a new parking area created on the West side of the site in addition to required utility work and landscaping.
