Sealed Tenders properly marked as to contents and bearing the title of the Work addressed to the undersigned will be received until 1:00 P.M., local time, August 6, 2021.

The Work consists generally of construction of approximately 66 lineal metres of PVC sanitary sewer main complete with precast concrete structures, valves, 3000x1400 concrete Grit Chamber, overflow monitoring system and site restoration consisting of asphalt concrete, lawns, concrete curb and sidewalk.

Particular Specifications may be obtained from Dillon Consulting Limited, upon payment of FIFTY DOLLARS NON-REFUNDABLE (which includes applicable HST). To obtain the tender documents and be registered on the bidders list please call 506-633-5000. Original tender documents will be issued in hard copy via courier or may be picked up at 274 Sydney Street, Saint John, NB. An electronic copy of the tender package can be provided by email if requested.

A Bid Bond or Certified Cheque, payable to the Town of Woodstock, in the amount of TEN PERCENT (10%) of the Total Tender Price (including HST) must accompany each Tender.

Tender Documents will be on display at the Construction Association Offices in Saint John, Moncton and Fredericton.

Tenders will be opened publicly at the Town Office as soon after the Tender Closing as possible. The Town of Woodstock reserves the right to reject any and all tenders and also reserves the right to not necessarily accept the lowest Tender.
