The District of North Vancouver, hereinafter referred to as the "District", invites Quotations from experienced companies ("Bidders") for the supply and servicing of Portable Toilets and Hand-Washing Stations ("Portable Units") on an "as and when requested" basis at various locations within the District for a period of three to five years
