P342021 - Incident Response Project

Halifax Water is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors/firms to work with the utility to enhance its current Incident Response Framework to ensure a coordinated and timely response for Cyber Security Incidents that follows or exceeds Cyber Security Incident Response best practices. Through training and communications, this Incident Response Framework will equip Halifax Water with an enhanced ability to protect its information assets and response to cyber incidents in an efficient and systematic manner. Successful proponents will have extensive experience in the design and implementation of Cyber Security Incident Response frameworks. For this engagement, the proponent will be expected to take the lead on delivering this work and leverage their extensive experience to ensure Halifax Water is implementing a framework that aligns with industry practice while considering the practical limitations of an organization.
