Description

The Regional District is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced Contractors to provide preventative maintenance (PM) and repairs to the Regional Districts heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment. The successful Contractor will be responsible to maintain the efficiency, safety and rate capacity of all the equipment and related controls and will be responsible for maintaining the equipment to a high standard of performance to ensure that the equipment performance is satisfactory, and that the equipment is in conformance with the specifications and requirements of the original equipment manufacturer.
