ITQ0613 - DISTRICT EDUCATION OFFICE - LANDSCAPING (NORTH SIDE)

The Board of Education of School District 42 (Maple Ridge - Pitt Meadows) is issuing an Invitation to Quote from qualified contractors for the provision of landscaping services at the District Education Office, 22225 Brown Avenue, Maple Ridge, BC

There will be one (1) Mandatory Site Visit beginning promptly at 10:00 AM PST.

Date: - Tuesday, June 15, 2021

Location: Rear Parking Lot - District Education Office, 22225 Brown Avenue, Maple Ridge, BC

- Contractors are expected to carry a picture employee ID card while on school sites.
- All participants must bring and wear personal protective equipment including, steel toe boots, a hi-visibility vest, safety glasses and a hard hat.

In effort to comply with the Provincial Health Officer's guidance regarding COVID-19 (Social Distancing) the Board will implement the following procedures for the Mandatory Site Visit:

1. Attendees to meet outside the building and practice minimum social distancing of 6 feet or more.
2. The project will be introduced and described to the group, outside the building.
3. Attendees must wear a mask at all times.
