RFP 21-31 - Mechanical System Maintenance Contract (HVAC) - NB

REFRIGERATION, AIR CONDITIONING, AND AIR CIRCULATING EQUIPMENT



The Town of Riverview (hereinafter the "Town") is currently seeking proposals from qualified proponents to provide maintenance services to the Town's mechanical systems that will meet the needs of the Town as defined in this Request for Proposals.

Proponents are requested to supply preventive maintenance, repair, part replacements and related services to the Town's mechanical systems as detailed in the Request for Proposals (RFP).

Specifications and Request for Proposal documents can be acquired through the New Brunswick Opportunities Network (NBON) website at https://nbon-rpanb.gnb.ca/. RFP proposal forms and specifications are posted on the NBON website. Proponents are encouraged to register (free of charge) with NBON to obtain bid documentation and amendments with respect to this RFP.
Proposals must be delivered to the Town Clerk's Office,

Riverview Town Hall, 30 Honour House Court, Riverview, NB, no later than, 3:00 p.m., Atlantic Standard Time, July, 6, 2021.
