TPR2021006 - Pool Landscaping and Retaining Wall Construction

This project is to provide construction, demolition, materials, and project management services for:
.1 A new 49m long by at least 1.2m tall Allan Block retaining wall structure to replace the timber structure along the West wall of the Pool;
.2 A new, two-tiered Allan Block retained plant bed to replace the existing timber and concrete bedding wall at the entrance to the Pool;
.3 A new garbage bin enclosure, built upon a concrete pad with an aesthetic timber exterior, located South of the Pool in 73rd Ave;
.4 A new recycle bin enclosure, built upon a concrete pad with an aesthetic timber exterior, located Southeast of the Pool in 73rd Ave; and
.5 Demolition of existing works as required.
.6 Supply and install of all components as required.
