Description

1. This RFQ is open to all interested vendors.
2. The City of Calgary Fire Department (“CFD”) requires the lease of one (1) Aerial Fire Truck (Unit).
3. This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.
4.The term of the Agreement is to be for a period of two (2) years, with an option in favor of The City to extend the Agreement on the same terms and conditions for an additional term of up to two (2), one (1) year terms, for a total term not to exceed four(4) years.
