Rothesay Town Hall HVAC Replacement

Project Name: Rothesay Town Hall HVAC Replacement

Project Number: R-2021-TH - 001

The town of Rothesay is seeking a qualified, bondable contractor to supply and replace the HVAC units at the Rothesay Town Hall, 70 Hampton Road, Rothesay, NB.

Interested parties may purchase tender plans and specifications from the Rothesay Town Hall reception desk for $25.00. Cash, cheque or debit only, please. Credit cards are not accepted for payment.

Tenders must be submitted in person before 2:00 pm on June 8th, 2021.

Tenders must be accompanied by a bid security equal to 10% of the overall tender price including HST.

Due to Public Health restrictions there will be no public opening. Tenders results will be posted on the town of Rothesay website as well as the Saint John Construction Association website immediately after opening.
