Description

1. This RFQ is open only to those Prequalified Parties who have received notification from The City prior to Submission Deadline that they are Prequalified for Prime Contractor for Safety status in the following category or categories: Building Electrical Contractor - C7400201. 2. Installation of LED lighting integral driver and occupancy sensor. Remove existing interior and exterior security equipment and upgrade with new enhanced surveillance cameras capable of human and vehicle detection at longer distance. Refer to drawings and specifications for details.
3.This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.
4. Scheduled Operational Date: 2021-09-30.
