Description

Invitation to Quotation: For "Q 14/21 - Fire Hose".

Scope of Work: This is an invitation to quote on the supply and delivery of the following Firehose for the Saanich Fire Department, 760 Vernon Avenue, Victoria, BC.

Specifications:
1. Forestry Hose shall be Synthetic lined /single jacket Type 1 forestry hose with quick connect couplings, 100 ft. lengths.

2. Attack Hose shall be a Synthetic double jacketed municipal fire hose and must meet NFPA Standard 1961 synthetic thru the weave or extruded liner, coated for abrasion, and UV protection, Tapered bowl aluminum couplings manufactured and tested per NFPA 1961(current standard).
· Length: must be 50' dead length, coupling to coupling;
· Colour: white with colored tracer stripping;
· Warranty: 10 years / 1 year manufacturer warranty

3. Supply Hose shall be Nitrile through the weave construction c/w storz type couplings with lock
