Description

Work of this Contract comprises of the following:
• Demolition of an existing park (Columbus Park) located at Main Street and McLeod Avenue in the City of Spruce Grove. Items to be removed and disposed off-site includes but is not limited to: unit pavers, modular block retaining, water feature, lighting, trees, shrubs, ornamentals, lawns, irrigation, asphalt laneway, and common excavation.
• New construction of the approximate 0.21 Ha. park includes but is not limited to the following items: Site services (sanitary, storm, water, power), trenching and backfill, subgrade and subbase preparation, reinforced concrete slabs, concrete sandblast, reinforced concrete planter/seat walls, foundations, exterior woodwork, ornamental metal, stage structure, canopy structure, site furnishings and amenities, electrical, lighting, trees, shrubs, ornamentals, lawns, soil mix automated irrigation system, and warranty/maintenance.
