INVITATION
The Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Commission ("WorkSafeNB"), a commission established under the Workplace, Health, Safety and Compensation Commission Act and Workers' Compensation Appeals Tribunal Act (New Brunswick), wishes to invite Proposal(s) from qualified entities (the "Proponents") to provide a Managed, Detection and Response Security Services Solution.
WorkSafeNB is seeking the services of a proponent to provide a managed detection and response security services solution, in collaboration with WorkSafeNB, which must include the following service offerings:
- Log Ingestion
- Security Event Triage
- Incident Response
- Security Operations Center (SOC)
- MDR Reporting

RFP documents and all addenda will be posted electronically through The New Brunswick Opportunities Network ("NBON") (https://nbon-rpanb.gnb.ca).

For the purposes of this procurement process, the "RFP Contact" will be:

Proponents and their representatives are not permitted to contact any employees, officers, agents, elected or appointed officials, or other representatives of WorkSafeNB, other than the RFP Contact, concerning matters regarding this RFP. Failure to adhere to this rule may result in the disqualification of the proponent and the rejection of the proponent's proposal.
All inquiries pertaining to this RFP must be addressed in writing by 4:00 PM local time on Tuesday, April 27th, 2021 to the "RFP Contact" above.
Written response to inquiries will be posted on NBON website not later than 4:00 PM local time on Tuesday, May 4th, 2021.
RFP SUBMISSIONS
RFP submissions for RFP-WHS-2021-IT-02 - WorkSafeNB Request for Proposals for a Managed, Detection and Response Security Services Solution, must be received before 4:00 PM local time on Tuesday, May 11th, 2021.
