Description

1) This RFP is open to all interested vendors.
2) The City of Calgary (“The City”) requires wide area rotary mower tractors (“Units”) in various sizes for use by different internal business units for a variety of applications.
3) This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.
4) Unless specified otherwise elsewhere in the Information Table under Agreement(s), Terms, Renewal and Proof of Concept (PoC), it is The City’s intention to enter into an Agreement with only one (1) legal entity. The Deliverables are included in two (2) schedules. The City intends to enter into up to two (2) Agreements for the provision of the Deliverables. The Agreements will be for a term of two (2) years. The Agreements may be renewed for two (2) additional two (2) year terms, not to exceed a maximum of six (6) years. The Agreement will not include a PoC.
