Description

Project scope includes demolition of the existing veranda and construction of a new veranda in the same location. Engineered drawings have been prepared by Spriet Associates of London, Ontario (project no. 219187) and shall provide the basis for proponent submission. Items covered by these plans include demolition, new construction specifications and necessary electrical upgrades to the circuit which feeds outdoor lighting. Colour specification for all building materials to match existing where applicable. Project quote shall include all necessary permits and inspection fees. Target completion date for the above mentioned works is May 21, 2021.
