Description

The City of Chestermere’s Project Management Office is seeking to prequalify construction managers for the pre-construction services and construction services of a City owned and operated recreation facility. It is anticipated to cost approximately $30,000,000 for construction and has potential to include a pre-engineered structure for a fieldhouse and traditional construction of a lobby, reception, administration, multi-purpose space, fitness centre, parking, and landscaping.
