Description

The Alberta Electric System Operator is seeking proposals from qualified firms to carry out Snow and Ice Management and Landscape Maintenance Services. The Services will be carried out at a high security, restricted access facility within the Calgary City limits.
The site has a total area of approximately 11.5 acres, including buildings, roadways, parking and landscaped areas. The core area of the site has a grassed earth berm surrounding the main facilities.

The overall scope of services includes snow and ice management for pedestrian areas, roadways, parking lots (some semi covered parking) and a partial perimeter road that is gravel. Landscape maintenance services include mowing of grassed areas, including road verges and berm, road and parking lot sweeping, plant bed maintenance, irrigation seasonal start-up and winterisation.
