HRM-21-033 - Request for Quotation- Grass Mowing Services- Districts 3&5 and Districts 13, 14 & 16

This Request for Quotations (“RFQ”) is an invitation by Halifax Regional Municipality (“HRM”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for the provision of Grass Mowing Services to the Halifax Regional Municipality for a period of three years with the option to renew for an additional two one-year periods, as further described in the RFQ Deliverables set out in Appendix A.

Information Session: A mandatory information session will be held on February 25 at 10:00am at 40 Alderney Gate, Dartmouth, NS. All interested parties are asked to contact the Procurement Lead, Erin MacDonald, via email to be added to the list of participants. Deadline to RSVP to the meeting will be 4:00pm local time, Friday, February 19. If we exceed the maximum occupancy allowed in the meeting space another meeting will be held and the date and time will be advised via an Addendum.
