This Solicitation is open only to those Prequalified Parties who have received notification from The City prior to Submission Deadline that they are Prequalified for Prime Contractor for Safety status in the following category or categories: Landscape Maintenance C7000299

The intent of this RFP is to provide contractual services for Landscape Maintenance such as; spring cleanup, fall clean up , and turf maintenance ( mow and trim and litter pick up)

This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.

The Agreement will be for an initial Term of Two (2) years.
The Agreement may be renewed, two (2) times for two (2) years each time with a total potential total term of six (6) years.
