20-1781 - Security Guard Services for the Calgary Parking Authority (CPA)

1) This RFP is open to all interested vendors.
2) The CPA requires a security services that is capable of providing on site and mobile security resources to monitor various CPA sites twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, 356 days a year. This service is to be conducted in person and virtually monitored when required.
3) This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations. Unless specified otherwise elsewhere in the Information Table under Agreement(s), Terms, Renewal and Proof of Concept (PoC), it is The City’s intention to enter into an Agreement with only one (1) legal entity. The City intends to enter into up to one (1) Agreement for the provision of the Deliverables. The Agreements will be for a term of two (2) years. The Agreements may be renewed for two (2) additional two (2) year terms, not to exceed a maximum of six (6) years. The Agreement will not include a PoC.
