Notice is hereby given by BCNET of its intent to direct award a contract to Blackrock 3 Partners Inc ("Blackrock") to provide Incident Management System ("IMS") Training for Cyber Security and Information Technology ("IT") Incidents to BCNET and its members.

In the event that no other potential suppliers come forward with a Statement of Capabilities, as specified in Section 4 of this NOI, that meets the requirements outlined in this Notice of Intent ("NOI") before the Closing, BCNET will direct award to Blackrock.
