ICBC is seeking one (1) qualified and experienced vendor to provide electronic security services for its existing and new security systems. The security systems currently requiring services consist primarily of Avigilon CCTV systems, Lenel access control systems, Honeywell and Bosch alarm systems, Ademco intrusion and duress alarm systems, RBtec Ironclad fence detection systems, Sightlogix Analytic camera systems, GFMS key systems, and Automatic Systems Slimlane Gates. It is ICBC's expectation that the vendor will have the ability, through its own force and if necessary, subcontractors, to support ICBC security systems with appropriate staffing levels for all service locations in the following ICBC operating regions:
· Lower Mainland;
· Vancouver Island;
· North Central; and
· Southern Interior.
Specifically, the successful vendor will assist the ICBC corporate security team in achieving its business objectives and perform the following Services with respect to security systems:
· preventive maintenance and repairs (including diagnosis) of existing security systems;
· new security system addition and existing security system upgrade, which may include, on a project-to-project basis, supply, design-build, installation, and programming;
· software provision, installation, testing, troubleshooting, update and integration;
· integration of new and upgraded security systems with existing systems as required by ICBC;
· project design, implementation and delivery;
· training and education for ICBC staff on equipment, hardware, software and associated processes and applications; and
· any consulting, administrative and other support services as required by ICBC.
Interested vendors of this NRFP must meet or exceed the following mandatory requirements and provide sufficient supporting evidence before they can be considered for further evaluation:
· not disclosing, accessing or storing personal information outside of Canada, or being capable of not disclosing, accessing or storing personal information outside of Canada;
· holding a valid security business license, and having been/been capable of becoming, an authorized distributor and service provider of all ICBC OEM security systems;
· having the capacity to deliver services (including through subcontractors) to all facilities across the four ICBC operating regions in BC;
· being capable of complying with all ICBC technical specifications; and
· ensuring all technicians (including employees and subcontractors) are licensed and undergo successful criminal record checks prior to performing services at any ICBC service location.
