REQUIREMENT

This requirement is for the Shared Services Canada (SSC).

Under the TBIPS Method of Supply, SSC has a requirement for IT Business Analysts, Network Support Specialist, IT Security Engineer, IT Security Design Specialist, Network Security Analyst, IT Security Systems Operator, Network Analyst and Systems Administrator.

TENDERING PROCEDURE

This requirement is open only to those TBIPS Supply Arrangement (SA) Holders who qualified under the Tier 2 stream for the following category:

B.1 IT Business Analyst

B.12 Network Support Specialist

C.6 IT Security Engineer

C.7 IT Security Design Specialist

C.8 Network Security Analyst

C.9 IT Security Systems Operator

I.6 Network Analyst

I.9 Systems Administrator

In accordance with the TBIPS bid solicitation process, the following SA holders have been invited to submit a proposal:

All qualified Tier 2 vendors have been invited through email.

PROPOSED PERIOD OF CONTRACT:

It is intended to result in the award of five contracts for two (2) years, plus two (3) one-year irrevocable

option periods allowing Canada to extend the term of the contract(s).

SUBMITTING BIDS

Bids must be submitted through Shared Services Canada’s Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Portal.

LANGUAGE

Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.

NEGOTIATIONS

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
