Description

The City of St. Albert is requesting proposals from qualified, licensed and professional
consulting firms to provide engineering services required for roadway reconstruction of
improvements on Perron Street, Hebert Road & Cunningham Avenue.
Road reconstruction may include spot or full replacement of all curbs and gutters, select
or full replacement of sidewalks, pararamps, and driveway aprons, full width mill & inlay
of the existing asphalt roadway with select spot locations requiring a full depth
reconstruction down to subgrade. Water valves, CCs, manholes, and catch basins may
also need to be adjusted to accommodate construction as well as re-landscaping of
municipal boulevards and protection of existing trees.
