A program review is a rigorous, systematic, objective, impartial, and expert-based evaluation and self-evaluation of programs. Program reviews are completed as part of the Province’s on-going commitment to continuous improvement in the efficacy and impact of programs supporting the needs of Albertans.

The purpose of this Pre-qualification Request (PQR) is to develop Resource Lists of Qualified Service Providers for the Province to utilize for future contracting services in accordance with the terms and conditions of this PQR.
