Amendment #2: Clarification to Submission Instructions

Amendment #1: Response to Inquiries has been added.

This Request for Information and Presentation ("RFI") is issued by Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Commission of New Brunswick ("WorkSafeNB") for the purposes of gathering information about the marketplace in order to assist in the determination of future purchasing options or requirements.

Respondents are asked to respond by providing information on the solutions and services they offer for any or all of the areas of interest as outlined in Section 4.

WorkSafeNB is a Crown corporation that delivers health, safety, and compensation programs and services, in both official languages, to the workers and employers of New Brunswick.

WorkSafeNB administers the New Brunswick no-fault workplace insurance plan for workers and employers.

WorkSafeNB is a mid-sized company with approximately 500 employees. WorkSafeNB delivers services and support to workers injured on the job in accordance with various policies, directives and procedures (Available online at: http://www.worksafenb.ca/policy- and-legal).
