Description

The Town of Sylvan Lake is seeking submissions from qualified contractors for the modernization of 53 Street between Lakeshore Drive and 50 Avenue. The project includes, but not limited to the following:

• Replacement/upsizing of water mains and lot services;
• Replacement of sanitary sewer mains and lot services;
• Construction of a new storm sewer main and catch basins;
• New surface works including sidewalks, curb and gutter, landscaping and roadway;
• Trenching and Ducting for burial of existing above ground power lines and addition of new streetlights; and
• Other related works
