Re: Request for Proposal – No. 20-2019 - 1/2 Ton Pickup Truck 4x4 Crew Cab

Mountain View County invites Requests for Proposals (RFP’s) for the Purchase of one (1) 1/2 Ton Pickup Truck 4x4 Crew Cab as per the attached Specifications for RFP – 1/2 Ton Pickup Truck 4x4 Crew Cab.

Please complete and return the enclosed specification listing with a signed cover letter of pricing for the RFP, including all costs associated with the purchase of the ½ Ton Pickup Truck. Additional documentation and literature may be submitted with the RFP. RFP’s submitted without completion of the Specifications may not be considered.

Any inquiries regarding the mower/brusher specifications should be directed to Chris Chrenek, Assistant Agricultural Fieldman at cchrenek@mvcounty.com or 403-559-7007, by February 1, 2019. If required, an addendum will be posted February 6, 2019.

RFP’s will be received at the Mountain View County Administration Office until 4:00 pm on February 15, 2019. Please mark with: Attention: Assistant Ag Fieldman c/o Alison Howard. Mountain View County Agricultural Services will consider the RFP’s at their convenience.

Mountain View County reserves the right to negotiate with individual companies providing RFP’s on existing equipment that they may be holding in inventory or equipment that exceed the Specifications. Mountain View County reserves the right to negotiate any alternative stated with the RFP. All bid options will be addressed with the RFP.

The lowest and/or any Request for Proposal need not necessarily be accepted.
