External Executive Search Services
Alberta Public Service Commission

The Executive Search unit, Public Service Commission (PSC), delivers a corporate executive search program to attract and recruit executive managers and senior officials.

As an enhancement to its service delivery model, the Executive Search unit is issuing this PQR to enable Departments and Agencies, Boards or Commissions (ABCs) to access the Standing Offer List of external service providers capable of delivering a range of executive search Services to support recruitment to executive or senior leadership opportunities within the Government of Alberta, and senior leadership and board member roles in ABCs. This PQR is being issued subsequent to the PQR for External Executive Search Services issued on July 22, 2015 to pre-qualify additional Proponents. Contractors that are already on the Standing Offer List will remain on Standing Offer List and will not need to submit a new Proposal in response to this PQR, unless the Contractor is submitting a Proposal to provide Services in additional Service Categories.

The executive search Services include: Full Recruitment and Position Specific Candidate Sourcing, Executive Talent Sourcing, Executive Talent Assessments, and Specialized Consulting.
